Static sieve WESTON STATIC model

Static screener WESTON STATIC

Static sieve WESTON provides fast, efficient separation of solids from liquids with no moving parts.

Because curved screens operate purely statically, unlike most other cleaning methods, no energy costs are incurred during cleaning. The solids are fed via a pipe with a carrier fluid onto the curved screen, which is tilted at different angles. The inclination of the slotted screen separates the solids and liquid, with the solids sliding down the surface of the slotted grate due to gravity, while the liquid flows through the fine gaps via a collection funnel and a pipe. Components are made of painted mild steel or stainless steel AISI 304/316.
